STOCK DESIGN BUYERS AND SELLERS ("USERS") AGREE TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 
EMBIRDUSA.COM/BOBERDOO.COM TERMS OF USE FOR BUYING/SELLING STOCK DESIGNS.
If you do not agree with these terms, you  must not purchase or sell 
designs through boberdoo.com (embirdusa.com).    

Violation of these terms or of any related copyright infringements will
result in the suspension of your account, current account balances will
not be paid out, and your information will be turned over to the relevant
authorities.  

Users hold harmless and indemnify boberdoo.com LLC against any and all
lawsuits, claims, payouts, and settlements from actions taken against 
boberdoo.com LLC resulting from Users uploading designs resulting in such
action(s) including all necessary legal fees, attorney fees, and judgments
against boberdoo.com LLC. 

1. Design creators who are using a borrowed or stolen copy of Embird, will 
not get paid for ANY designs sold through EmbirdUSA.com and we WILL know 
such Design creators are using an unauthorized license.  We will only 
pay out to the person who is on the Embird license.

2. All stock designs purchased through embirdusa.com are for individual 
use and may NOT be resold, repackaged, or redistributed in any form.

3. Copyright of designs remain with the design creator.  You may not order
designs, alter them, and then resell them in any form.

4. Design creators may not sell designs through embirdusa.com that they
did not create 100% by themselves.  You may not purchase/acquire designs
from other sources to sell through embirdusa.com regardless of whether
those designs were purchased/acquired with resale rights or not.

5. Design creators will not receive payments on orders that are determined
to be fraudulent.

6. Orders that are returned for refund because the purchaser was unable to
successfully use the design will be deducted from the design creators
account along with a 3% restocking fee.

7. Design creators will be paid on a monthly basis via PayPal.com.

8. Design creators may not upload any logos, company insignias, letterhead,
cartoon images, or any other design that is copyrighted by another company.

9. Design creators may not upload any designs that use profanity, sexual
references of any kind, symbols of hate or other designs that can be
construed as offensive to any person.
